BOOST FOR SELBY HANDS OF HOPE

Pictured is Richard Singh, chairman of Selby Hands of Hope, receiving a donation from state pension campaigners, who raised almost £250 for the charity.

Maureen Weetman and Tina Kidger from the Women Against State Pension Injustice (WASPI) group, presented Mr Singh with the cash, which was raised at a recent screening of the film Made in Dagenham at Selby Town Hall.

WASPI campaigners are holding their next meeting on Wednesday, February 13, at Age UK Cafe in Micklegate.
